Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.00 a.m until further orders imposed on 04.02.2021 in Crl.MP.No.926/2021 in Crl.OP.No.15230 of 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.V.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 04.02.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.926 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15230 of 2020.
2. This Court, vide order dated 04.02.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order in Crl.OP.No15230 dated 28.09.2020 stand unaltered. -sd/- 29/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
