ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 03.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17518 of 2024, thereby directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners, based on the proposal sent by the second respondent, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the representations of the petitioners and passed orders by the proceedings dated 12.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 12.08.2025 passed by the second respondent before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
