(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) The petitioner filed this review application to review the judgment dated 01.11.2017 in W.A.No.379 of 2016.
2. This Court rejected the contention taken by the petitioner invoking Section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. The contention that the entire proceedings lapsed was also negatived by this Court on facts.
3. There is no error apparent on the face of the records, so as to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 47 Rule 1 of C.P.C.
