Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in F No.CHN/R-188/2011-CHA leading to passing of order of suspension of the operation of Customs Brokers Licence under the provisions of Regulation 19(1) of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013 dated 26.08.2015 and quash the same as it is without jurisdiction, contrary to law and mandate of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013.
