O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in ÇSR No. not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint is pending against this petitioner in Crime No.103/2014 for the offence under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC before the Kondampalayam Police Station. For the same set of allegation, this complaint has been lodged with the respondent police. Hence, the respondent police has transferred the complaint to Kondampalayam Police Station. He further submitted that since the present complaint is transferred to Kondampalayam Police Station, the same will be investigated along with the case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.103 of 2014 pending on the file of Kondamapalayam Police Station. Therefore, the petitioner is not required for enquiry by the respondent police.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stands closed.
