This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP No.6135 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 to appear before the Trial Court on everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., apart from that he shall appear before the before the trial Court on all hearings without fail and co-operate for the trial proceedings.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when required.
