O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the de-facto complaint to expedite the investigation and file final report at early in Crime No.417 of 2015 on the file of the Anna Nagar Police Station, now pending before the Economic Offences Wing, Guindy, Chennai -32.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.05.2017, a case was registered in Crime No.417 of 2015 by the Anna Nagar Police Station, but subsequently, no step has been taken and hence, he requests to direct the concerned Inspector of Police to expedite the investigation and file a final report at early.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the said FIR has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing II, Guindy, Chennai-32 and the same is still pending for investigation.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing II, Guindy, Chennai-32 to expedite the investigation and file final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
