Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in 23563/Tha.Ku3/2024 dated 08.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to grant parole without escort for petitioner's husband by name Arun @ Arunkumar (Convict No.23563), S/o.Ganesan, aged about 36 years, who is now under incarceration at Central Prison, Coimbatore, for a period of 1 month for petitioner's mother-in-law treatment and arranging financial assistance for the petitioner's mother-in-law treatment and for making arrangements of the petitioner's son's education.
