C.M.P.No.20179 of 2016 in W.A.No.SR 108623 of 2009 N.R.R.J., & S.M.S.J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2453 days in re-presenting the Writ Appeal.

2.After going through the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, we consider that the delay may be condoned, however subject to condition.

3.Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, attached to this Court, within a period of fifteen days from today and produce proof of payment to the Registry. Upon production of receipt of payment from the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Registry to process the papers, if otherwise in order, number the Writ Appeal and post the same for admission.

The Petition is ordered accordingly.
