The learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a revision under Section 227 of Constitution of India as against the action of the lower Court in not taking up the interlocutory application filed in A.S.No.19 of 2016 for amendment of decree.

2. With liberty kept open to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed was withdrawn. No costs.
