By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2018 and for consequential relief.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent made an attempt to erect one 800 KVA Power Transmission Routes from Pugalur to Raigarh, through the petitioner's lands in S.F.No.871 of Vadugapatti 'A' Village, Modakurichi Taluk, Erode District. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.09.2018 to the second respondent. Finding no response on the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 fairly submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and before doing so, status quo would be maintained.

5. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
