This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the petition enquiry based on the civil dispute between the petitioner and Mr.J.S.Lazar.
2. Heard Mr.J.Arun Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the compliant from the counter party, the counter party was issued C.S.R.No.507 of 2020 and the detailed enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 28.08.2020.
