This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 25.06.2016, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.406 of 2016. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that this petitioner has made allegations against his brother on the ground that some properties were sold and his brother had not given the share to the petitioner.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
