ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Ms.Karthikaa Ashok, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the alleged contemnors and says that the order dated March 9, 2021 has been complied with and the relevant order has been dispatched to the petitioner on October 27, 2021.

2. A copy of the order is handed over to the court to be kept with the records.

3. It will be open to advocate for the petitioner to obtain a copy of the order dated October 21, 2021 passed by the Zonal Officer-XI, Greater Chennai Corporation, from an officer of this court.

4. Since the order dated March 9, 2021 required the representation of the petitioner to be considered and it now appears that the representation has been considered, Contempt Petition No.1358 of 2021 is dropped. However, nothing in this order will prevent the petitioner from challenging the order

dated October 21, 2021 if the petitioner is aggrieved thereby, in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
