ORDER

The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider its representation dated 25.06.2019 and considering the limited prayer sought for, on 06.10.2020, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court had directed the respondents to inspect the property in question and complete the process.

2. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the first respondent has passed an order of assessment dated 11.02.2021 which has also been received by the petitioner.

3.In the light of the above, the prayer in the writ petition stands achieved and nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is thus closed as infructuous. No costs.
