ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 08.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 366, 354(a), 342, 376(2), 511, 506(ii) of IPC read with Section 4 of WH Act in Cr.No.03 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused kidnapped the defacto complainant, who is aged about 40 years, had committed rape. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Investigation completed and charge sheet filed in this case and Coaccused has already released on bail. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
