Heard both sides and perused the records.

2.The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.227/1B measuring an extent of 40 cents for its survey as well as protecting it by raising a compound walls around the property at the cost of the petitioner, which does not survive at this length of time.

3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the police authorities, if necessity arises. No costs.
