ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.125 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are alleged to have been found in possession of 1150 grams of Ganja. The petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 in the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there are eight previous cases as against A1 and that there is one previous case as against A2.
5.Considering the fact that there are eight previous cases as against A1 and one previous case as against A2, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
