ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to measure and subdivide the cart track.

2. According to the petitioner, by virtue of a registered partition deed in respect of Survey Number 125 in Ambothi Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District, a cart track is situated in the middle of Survey Nos.127/2, 128, 130, & 125 and to identify the cart track, petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent to measure the same and he has also paid necessary fees on 16.02.2021. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and considering limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and also the fact that now, the petitioner's representation is pending with the respondent/Tahsildar, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other owners of the property, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
