ORDER

A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.,J and C.SARAVANAN.,J This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first and second respondents herein to take action on his representation dated 05.04.2023 at the earliest point of time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned standing counsel takes notice for the Respondents 1 & 2 and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 on merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that before passing any order, suitable 2/4

notice shall also be issued to the 3rd Respondent.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
