This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent in S.T.C.No.6759 of 2005 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent, submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.6759 of 2005 has been closed.
