(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent to further investigate the case registered in F.I.R.No.82/2018 dated 09.02.2018, on the file of respondent police.
2.Heard Mr.R.Thanjan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime Number i.e.,Cr.No.82 of 2018, the respondent police had completed the investigation and filed final report on 18.03.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate -I, Thiruvannamalai and the same was not taken on file till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Hence, in view of the said submission, nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
