ORDER

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue - Madhumathi, aged 25 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to cause production of his daughter before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The detenue is produced before this Court by the respondent and the detenue is a major. The petitioner is also present. On enquiry, the detenue has told us that she has married voluntarily. She has further expressed her willingness to go along with her husband. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved.
