ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1174 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on hearsay information that there was crowd in the Thiruthuraipoondi Government Hospital since a person belonging to the petitioner's party was murdered, the defacto complainant came there and at that time the cell phone of the defacto complainant rang, due to which, the petitioner and other accused suspected the defacto complainant to be an informant and attacked him.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is history sheeted in H.S.No.33 of 2021 and that there are seven previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that there are seven previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
