O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.10.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. K. Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent had already fixed the date for enquiry on 12.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.10.2019 strictly in accordance with law and after affording opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3, final order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
