Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Relax the conditional order passed in Criminal OP.NOS.8947 & 8948 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022 the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to report before the investigating Officer daily at 10 am until further orders and relax the same. [Crl.M.P.Nos.7800 & 7801/2022] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.I.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH PETITIONS] and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These applications have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.8947 & 8948 of 2022 on 26.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
