O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police herein to register the complaint as against the 3rd and 4th respondents and take legal action for the offence under sections of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989, based on the petitioner's complaint vide CSR.No.124/2015 dated 22.09.2015 on the file of 1st and 2nd respondent police.

2. The petitioner belongs to scheduled caste community of Manamai Village. His son V.Denaldwish is studying 4th standard 'B' Section in Kendriya Vidyalaya School, Kalpakkam. The 3rd respondent is the Principal/Headmistress of the said school and the 4th respondent is the Class teacher of the petitioner's son. Knowing well that the petitioner's son belongs to scheduled caste community, the the 4th respondent is often humiliating the petitioner's son. Hence, a complaint was lodged with the respondent police and the same was assigned CSR.No.124/2015, but till date no action was taken.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 1st respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.09.2015 and deal with the same as early as possible in the manner known to law.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
