This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, r/w. Order XXV Rule VI of Original side Rules, seeking Succession Certificate in favour of R.Vinod, the 2nd Petitioner herein for the shares in the schedule mentioned Share Certificate with the power to collect the securities and to receive the interests and dividends and negotiate and transfer the securities/shares as specified in the schedule mentioned in the Petition.
2.The Petitioners are wife and son of the deceased viz., T.K.Ramasamy. Even though paper publication effected, no one filed objection to this Petition.
3.The deceased T.K.Ramasamy was in possession of shares of Eicher Motors Limited totalling 69 numbers. On 23.06.1991, he died intestate leaving behind the following persons as his surviving legal heirs: a. R.Vaithegi W/o. Late T.K.Ramasamy b. R.Vinod S/o. Late T.K.Ramasamy c. T.K.Narayanan F/o. Late T.K.Ramasamy d. K.Punithavalli M/o. Late T.K.Ramasamy 1/4
4. K.Punithavalli, M/o. Late T.K.Ramasamy died on 05.11.2004 and T.K.Narayanan, F/o. Late T.K.Ramasamy died on 01.08.2018. The deceased resided at No.90/33, Landons Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600010 along with Petitioners and died on 23.06.1991, which comes under the jurisdiction of this Court. The said deceased T.K.Ramasamy had the following share certificates:
