When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet has been referred "as further action dropped" and a notice for referring the charge sheet has also been served on the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
