Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings of the respondent made in Lr.No.211/CA1-Deficit-Colleges/AU/2016-10, dated 14.05.2016 and quash the same consequently direct the respondent to grant affiliation to the seats accorded by the AICTE to the petitioner Institution for the Academic Year 2016-17 and maintain the same in the Single Window System for admission to the Engineering Students to the petitioner College for the Academic Year 2016-17.
