ORDER
Since the matter involved is short and the petitioner is a super senior citizen, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that writ petition may itself be listed and disposed expeditiously. 2.
Bearing in mind the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is listed under a special list today.

Mr.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for newly impleaded respondent / R2 and has appropriate instructions in the matter.

The prayer is only for a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondents to dispose his representation dated 20.02.2022. The prayer in the representation is for a genuninity certificate in regard to the alleged purchase of a property in Ward No.1, item no.1 Dry Land in survey no.4/1B ad-measuring 1 acre and 35 cents and item no.2 Dry Land in survey no.4/2 ad-measuring 4 acres and 83 cents which the petitioner claims that he had purchased on 10.04.2000.

The writ affidavit contains various other factual averments and assertions in respect of the aforesaid alleged purchase. Since the prayer itself is only for disposal of representation and, that apart, since such disposal will involve 2/4
marshalling and assimilation of various facts, the matter is best left to the respondents, the Tahsildar, Thandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District to consider and dispose, strictly in accordance with law.

Mr.Anandakumar, does not have any objection for issue of mandamus. He would however point out that representation has no acknowledgement and and hence, to facilitate and expeditious redressal of the petitioner's grievance, petitioner is permitted to make a representation afresh to the first respondent and upon such representation being received by the first respondent, let it be disposed after hearing the petitioner, and any other parties that are deemed necessary considering documents, if any filed by them, and order passed strictly in line with the principles of natural justice and in accordance with law.

Writ petition stands disposed in the above terms. No costs.
