The present Application has been filed to extend the time for executing the Security Bond as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 19.12.2024 passed in the present Original Petition.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.2330 of 2025 in O.P.No.501 of 2023 is ordered and the time for executing the Security Bond is extended by 11.07.2025.
