O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the civil suit instituted between the parties ended in favour of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner holds a decree in his favour and therefore, he is at liberty to submit the said decree before the Competent Authority for effecting changes in the patta pass book or otherwise.

3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
