ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 07.10.2018 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.613 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 7 Kgs. of Ganja and the respondent police was seized the same.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution and they are in judicial custody for past three years. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioners and further the learned counsel prays this Court to direct the Court below to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioners are in custody from 06.10.2018 and they hail from Andhra Pradesh. If they released on bail, they may abscond and the trial proceedings will be delayed.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the court below to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
