ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC in Crime No. 628 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons transported 4 unit of river sand illegally in his vehicle without any valid license. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner had ten previous cases, which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration that the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court had dismissed the earlier application filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
