The petitioners, alleging that he have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 3 (1)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Special Judge for SC & ST Act Cases/ Principal District Sessions Court, Ariyalur, to consider the bail application to be filed by them on the same day on their surrender in Cr.No.763 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners on their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
