C.M.P.No.478 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 142 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the appeal caused by the death of Manoharan/sole appellant. 2.C.M.P.No.482 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the appeal caused by the death of Manoharan. 3.C.M.P.No.485 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record the proposed appellants 2 to 4, legal heirs of the deceased appellant as the appellants 2 to 4 in the civil miscellaneous appeal. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are ordered. 08.01.2025 pri Note: Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the civil miscellaneous appeal.
