Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for admission to MBBS course under BC reserved category in the unfilled surrendered seats and vacant seats and consequently select the petitioner in MBBS course for the session MBBS course for 2018-2019 as per the marks secured by the petitioner in National Eligibility Test (UG)-2018 in Government Medical College/Government Quota in self financing Medical College under State Quota.
