It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police that the respondents have not received any complaint, and if any complaint is given to the second respondent, the same will be enquired into.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to give copy of the complaint, said to have given before the first respondent/Superintendent of Police, to the second respondent/Inspector of Police and on receipt of the such complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and register a case, if a cognizable offence is made out by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
