This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second appellant as the Appellants 9 to 12 in the main second appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.

4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the seventh respondent that the seventh respondent is also dead and to that effect, he has also filed a memo before the Registry giving details of the legal heirs of the deceased seventh respondent and a copy of the same is also furnished to the learned counsel for the Appellants.

5. Learned counsel for the Appellants is directed to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased seventh respondent.

6. Post the matter on 23.08.2021.
