When the matter is taken up for hearing under the caption for ''clarification''. It appears that already the very same petitioners have filed the anticipatory bail application before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12501 of 2021. However, suppressing the said petition, the petitioners have filed this petition without disclosing about the filing of the earlier petition.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the petitioners to the District Legal Services Authority, Kancheepuram within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the concerned Legal Services Authority shall taken action and recover the said amount from the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
