This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.3 Crl.M.P.No.3956 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2881 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.3 Crl.M.P.No.3956 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2881 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders is relaxed.
