ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.05.2022 by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(b), 4(1)(g) and 4(1-A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.609 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act on 10.06.2022.
