When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.02.2022, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. It was also brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent died and no steps have been taken by the appellant to implead the legal representatives. Even to-day there is no representation on the side of the appellant. Hence the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
