Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct a detailed enquiry into the above stated the illegal activities carried out by the 6th respondent Managing Trustee and his wife and consequently dissolve the 6th respondent Trust and seal the said ACA Jesus Miracles Ministries Trust Church premises situated at Door No.14, 4th Street, South Sector, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088 comprised in S.No.233/52 in Adambakkam Village No.136, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, in order to save the vulnerable poor woman and children being sexually abused and financially exploited by the 6th respondent in the name of Jesus Christ. (Order of the Court was made by C.SARAVANAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct a detailed enquiry into the above stated the illegal activities carried out by the 6th respondent Managing Trustee and his wife and consequently dissolve the 6th respondent Trust and seal the said ACA Jesus Miracles Ministries Trust Church premises situated at Door No.14, 4th Street, South Sector, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088 comprised in S.No.233/52 in Adambakkam Village No.136, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District.
2. The petitioner appears to have sent representations dated 09.11.2022, 20.02.2023 and 10.03.2023. A perusal of the typed set of papers indicate that there appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent which had resulted in personal animosity between themselves.
3. Be that as it may. This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution 3 / 5
cannot go into such aspects and grant the reliefs as prayed for in this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum.
4. With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (A.D.J.C., J.)
