(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the impugned sale notice dated 26.08.2020, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submitted that the proposed sale has not taken place for want of bidders. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
