KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These Applications have been filed seeking for a direction to the Registry of the concerned Court to transfer O.S.Nos.865 and 38 of 2015, preferred by the Applicant and 2nd Respondent respectively to the file of this Court.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of these Applications, it is stated that O.S.No.865 of 2015 was preferred by the Applicant herein against the 1st Respondent Company and the 2nd Respondent and O.S.No.38 of 2015 was preferred by the 2nd Respondent herein against the Applicant and the 1st Respondent Company, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Anekal and in both suits, the 1st Respondent-Company was set exparte and pleadings in both the suits have been completed and issues have also been framed now the suits 1/4

were posted for trial. It is further stated that since the 1st Respondent Company is under liquidation, it would be imperative to transfer these suits to the file of this Court and therefore the Applicant herein has filed the aforesaid applications seeking for transfer of the aforesaid two suits to the file of this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. None appeared on behalf of the 2nd Respondent.

4. The learned Official Liquidator appearing for the 1st Respondent has stated 'No Objection' in allowing these applications.

5. In view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and also in view of 'No Objection' having been stated by the learned Official Liquidator, these Applications are allowed as prayed for and the aforesaid suits shall be transferred to the file of this 2/4

Court, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Learned Senior Civil Judge, Anekal is directed to give necessary instructions to the Registry of the CJM Court, Anekal to transfer the suits pending in O.S.Nos.38 and 865 of 2015 to the file of this Court, within the time stipulated by this Court. arr Note: (i) Registry is directed to communicate this order copy to the learned Senior Judge, CJM Court, Anekal.
