(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 23.07.2025 passed in MCOP No.2861 of 2022 on the file of the MACT Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served and counsel had entered appearance. It had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay of 44 days.

3.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal for admission. Registry may also print the name of the counsel for the respondents in the cause list when the appeal is posted for admission.
