security deposit of Rs.50,00,000/- paid by the Respondent, pending disposal of the arbitration proceedings between the parties. A. Nos.2058 of 2020:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an Interim Direction to the Respondent herein directing him to handover the locks and keys of the leased premises to the Petitioner pending disposal of the arbitration proceedings between the parties. These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

The learned counsel for the applicant has filed an Addendum to the Lease Deed dated 10.06.2016 in and by which the term of lease has been extended till 30.09.2021. Therefore the learned counsel seeks to withdraw the application. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Sd/.P.T.A.J.
