This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent dated 05.03.2024 and a consequent direction to the respondents to conduct a fresh selection process for the post of Helper as per notification dated 24.06.2022.

Heard Mr.P.Muthamizhselvakumar, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for first respondent, Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for second respondent and Mr.P.Anandhakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for third respondent.

3. This writ petition has been filed mainly on the ground that 2/4

several irregularities were committed by the respondents during the process of selection to the post of Helper. On carefully going through the grounds raised in the present writ petition, this Court finds that all the grounds are general and vague and there is no specific ground to point out the actual illegality committed by respondents. A writ petition cannot be filed to fish for details. Unless and otherwise the ground specifically points out to any illegality, a selection process can never be interfered.

4. On carefully going through the impugned proceedings of the third respondent, this Court finds that there no ground to interfere. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 09.09.2024 Index: yes/no Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order gm N.ANAND VENKATESH, J gm 3/4
